That's all. Taize 2016 left from the other side of the border. Ka Ka Alas in our last meeting you asked about "one word feelings " about. Thankful. It was than and it remains the same now.
It's something that gives smile on our faces. Something, that still keeps mind. Like we're not at home. Like we're still among people, who... no, I won't say think, like we do. Because, there are no people with similar way of thinking. But there are people with similar ways of feeling, experiencing something...
I'm thankful to all - I travel, live and met with during these days. Thankful to all that great people, who God brought into my life. Thankful for your stories, for your openness...For state, when you feel calm and comfortable being hundreds miles away from home.
Thankful for sharing together all that great moments that we experienced.
Thanks to God's will and all of you, this world still exist.
I'm thankful for being able to "touch" to your countries, your cultures, and for understanding that our strength is in tolerance and peace between each other. Peace, source of what we can find in faith.
It's so important for us, Ukrainians, now, in this challenging and hard period of our history.
I'm thankful to God for all of you and for atmosphere of trust and brightness.
I'm thankful for "practical" realizing of main message of Taize, and, as I strongly believe, main "practice " for humanity to avoid conflicts and violence . Message, that hides in brother's Alois words "Our meeting bears a message for Europe: we opt for a European fraternity that is respectful of local particularities, where the voice of every people counts. And we are committed to building bonds of friendship in Europe and beyond the borders of our European countries.
For us Christians, fraternity has also another name, that of communion. Yes, Christ unites us in one communion, with all our diversities of Christian cultures and traditions".
Thank you dearest Lilian and Rita, A.o. Latvia Pro Sanctitate for sharing with us your home and your hearts.Thank you Latvia for hospitality, friendship and sweetness:). So many candies, probably, I've never eaten in whole my life!:) But your sweetness is not only in candies:).
Thank you #Taizeriga2016 -you are as always different and the same simultaneously. Different in us, same in God.
Thank you God for these moments.
I've started this post with words that Taize 2016 left from the other part of the border. No. I would say in other way-it moved with us, in brightness of hope and faith to each of our countries, to our homes and hearts.
Lets keep and share this light.
